T.M.F. Euro Foundations was established in Egypt in 1981 as Al Timsah Marine and Foundations Works. The rapid growth of the UAE's infrastructure brought the company to Dubai in 2003, and since then we have delivered projects of every size.
Our experience supports a design/build approach that brings contractors, consultants and end users together early. Our aim is not only to complete projects to the highest standards but to add value to our clients' businesses.

TMF began with Engr. Nabil Kamal Badran. He founded the company in Cairo in 1981 as Al Timsah Marine and Foundations Works, and from that first company in Egypt TMF has grown into a foundation contractor working across Egypt, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Oman, with more than 1,000 projects delivered.
Today he continues to lead the company he built as Chairman, and the standards he set remain the basis of how TMF works on every site.
