Everything below ground level
We design and install the complete geotechnical package: excavation support, diaphragm walls, piles, ground improvement, anchors and dewatering, with our own engineers, rigs and plant.

Structural walls that hold back the ground and carry the building
Diaphragm walls (slurry walls) are deep trenches excavated panel by panel under bentonite or polymer slurry, reinforced with three-dimensional cages and concreted by tremie. The result is both temporary earth support and a permanent foundation, installed close to existing structures with minimal loss of support.
| Max. depth | 120 m (SANY SDC 120 cutter) |
|---|---|
| Wall thickness | 0.6–1.5 m |
| Methods | Hydraulic trench cutter, hydromill, NCB grab |
| Support plant | Own bentonite silos and desanders |

Piles that carry thousands of tonnes
Bored piles are cast in place with specialised drilling tools, buckets and grabs, with little vibration and low noise, the right choice for tall buildings and heavy industrial structures. Continuous flight auger piles are drilled and concreted in one operation with no casing or slurry, monitored by computer for depth and concrete placement.
Low-spoil piles for fast, clean sites
Double-rotary cased CFA forms secant and contiguous walls tight against existing buildings, while displacement piles push the soil aside instead of removing it, cutting spoil and speeding up open sites.
| CCFA | to 18 m, Ø 900 mm (MAIT HR300, Liebherr LB 36) |
|---|---|
| Applications | Secant walls, piles next to existing structures, coastal sites |

Deep basements beside live roads and towers
We design and install excavation retention systems to reach the required depth safely, then support them with walers, internal struts, raking struts or ground anchors.

Stronger ground, less settlement
For loose sand, silts, mixed layers, uncontrolled fill and soils below the water table, we raise bearing capacity and control total and differential settlement without deep foundations.
Open, dry excavations
Temporary and permanent ground anchors free up excavation space by tying back retaining walls. Deep wells and well points keep the excavation dry and stable while the basement is built.
| Anchors | Tie-back anchors, temporary or permanent |
|---|---|
| Dewatering | Deep wells and well-point systems |

Proven capacity before construction moves up
Static load tests with our own reaction systems and hydraulic jacks verify pile capacity on site, giving consultants and owners the evidence they need to proceed.

Rooted in marine foundations since 1981
Our company began as Al Timsah Marine and Foundations Works. Today we build marine sheet piling, quay walls and jetty foundations with our own ABI rigs and hydraulic vibrators up to 45 t.
| Recent work | Al Fattan Island marine sheet piles, Abu Dhabi; Al Baleed waterfront, Salalah |
